Very pure and beautiful pic of a flower. It's a subject see over and over so it is hard to find a new way to show it and you did it extremely well! It is a bit like a japanese drawing in the purity of the lines. Great work! Welcome to Trek Lens!

Your first post on the TrekLens makes its presence felt, Adrian.
Not only because it is a lovely creation but also because it is a sort of tribute to your pet.
I lost my cocker spaniel in India soon after leaving for Middle East in 2000. I left her in the care of my brother and she died before I could get her across after settling down. She lies buried in a forest of cedars in Shimla and I visit the spot whenever I go to India.
Thanks for sharing this image and your sentiments.

This is beautiful, and such a nice tribute to your cat. I love the lighting and the gradient background.

A nice remembrance of your kitty Adrian.
Such beautiful soft lighting, wonderful detail and I also love the background, it really makes the colour of the tulip stand out.
Just a note about tulips, if they have been in the ground for a long time, they will multiply and when there are to many there they can't get enough nutrients. It's a good idea to dig them up every few years and replant the new bulbs. The new bulbs may need a few years to grow before they bloom.
