motion blur of me coming up the stairs, set self timer and waited for it to expose. my first attempt with this kind of photo and any suggestions for next time or PP would be much appreciated.

Hi Simon,

Spooky, I like it, it is quite effective maybe a slightly faster shutter would improve it a little but I dont know that for sure.
