Have you read the site guidelines regarding critiques and notes? TL is a "community" site where all are encouraged to contribute beyond merely posting snaps.
As to this one, well, it looks like a casual family snap - cheesy grin, tell-tale shadow of in-camera flash on the wall, lack of sharpness in some key areas and the odd crop of her right hand. Not really worth posting on an international site dedicated to learning about photography, really.
