| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This photo is from my archives and was taken during a summer holiday in England in 2001. At that time I was not as interested in photography as I now am and only had my very first Kodak digital point and shoot camera. I cannot even remember the model. This was also my first experience of punting on a bright sunny Sunday afternoon. The memory is still very vivid :-) Therefore although the quality of the photo may not be wonderful its sentimental value to me is great. I hope you will enjoy it.
I tried my best with PP to improve the quality
Made adjustments with curves, used the burn brush on some over-saturated areas and then selected only the dark parts of the bridge and increased the brightness and contrast.
Thanks for visiting! Enjoy! |

Hi Wia,
I like the POV from under the bridge . The composition is nice and gives a pleasant image . No problem with the camera, you did the best you can . That is what is the most important .
Daniel
Bonjour Wia,
A very beautiful perspective here, we have the impression to be on this boat.
If we stops on the impression which it releases, we can feel very well this soft memory that it gets to you.
Thank you to share it with us!
Greetings,
Dany :-)

Hello Wia !
I really like your POV, though I think there is a fair bit of overexposure- especially on the parts to the right.
The bridge in the background is called "The Bridge of Sighs"
Best regards, Daniel
