I liked too much the B&W here.
fantastic use of the natural light, it's a "mood" indeed.
Maybe I would cut that plaque between the tress...

Very lovely and peaceful B&W presentation with the houses and fog in background. Love the way you composed the image with the trees and their shadows. Excellent mood photo, well done.

The b/w effect is a great choice for this shot.

The highlights a bit high and shadows a bit deep though.

But you conveyed a bleak mood with this photo.
