[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Black Rhinos (Diceros bicornis)are not 'black'. Their colour varies according to the soil, dust or mud in which they wallow! In Chester Zoo they have three Rhinos, 2 female and 1 male. The girls are definately the boss, they make their "feelings" very clear if they do not want the male near. I spent a long time in the Rhino enclosure, when everyone else had gone, the rhinos, with great effort lay down to have a siesta. After moving the bedding straw to a comfortable position, they all lay down and the satified grunts and noises were a joy to hear.

What do we know about rhino's. Well there is the white one has to be wide because of his mouth being wide.
A good thing that the girls are "boss" haha.
I know the sound they make - indeed a joy to hear.
Lovely shot.
