That's why I never lock down my bike when I'm leaving it on the street...

btw, maybe the owner left it this way...

I posted a similar picture as a ** WORKSHOP **.. My shot was even better, the lock had been pained the same color as the stairwell. Silly me for using black and white so you cant see that fact though.

People gotta learn to lock the wheels THROUGH the frame.

this is funny. glad it wasn't my bike lol.
also glad this was taken in chester, if this had been liverpool there would have been even more nonsense thrown at scousers!
