Stately Mill
The moat at Dunham Massey, Cheshire still powers a fully-working Tudor mill by means of a waterwheel. The mill was originally used for grinding corn but was refitted as a sawmill c.1860 and is now restored to working order.

Re-sized, cropped, usual adjustments to saturation and sharpness, etc.

Hi Bill

Great picture of rustic Britain. With the old mill stones leaning against the wall in the background, this truly is wonderful. the feel , the colours and light, you have caught so well. You must be very pleased with this one.

SF.

A place for walking the dog and fall in love. Full of old stuff. Perhaps a bit tilt; never mind. Nothing here is straight.
Thanks Bill

Wonderful country scene, in typical British colours, muted greens, beiges and browns with the pale blue sky. It is very attractive as old buildings are and makes a great subject for your composition.
Hope you enjoyed several pints of Guinness on this St. Patty's Day, and thanks for visiting my photo.
Cheers
Joan

Hello Bill,
A picturesque place indeed!
I like images showing this kind of early industrial enterprise, beautiful architecture nicely situated in the landscape...
This is a well composed image, conveying the atmosphere of the place well!
Greetings,
Pablo -

Lots of interesting details and I like the colours in the bricks. Looks like the sort of buidling which offers endless photographic prospects.
Thanks for sharing
Mark
