Hi Bev,

This is a very interesting shot a dragon boat on an English Lake, in the west we see the dragon as a terrible thing in the east especially China they are seen as good. Great pov brilliant colours and very sharp details well done.

Very nice job! Your POV is excellent here. The exposure looks nicely balanced, with the colours standing out vividly. Good work to freeze the paddles with 1/1000s. Can't help but laugh at that dragon's head on the front :). Great to see that they're all wearing life-jackets, lol. Perfect shot for this weeks theme - Well photographed.

The diagonal framing of the dragon boat is effective. Quite interesting to see a drum and a drummer to synchronize paddling action. Yes I have seen many organized dragon boats for exercise purposes in my last travel to SE Asia. My best regards.

dear Beverley,
a cheerful shot of the interesting and joyful scene,
the dragon head of the boat looks humorous, and colors of the boat and people are vivid indeed.
perhaps top yellow lady makes rhythm by the drum for padding.
back wood looks yet dead in spring, the water must be cold, but people on the boat are so hot, it is nice view.
