Hi all,
Synesthesia- "The psychological effect in which people experience a crossover in sensory perception such as hearing colors and seeing notes."
I couldn't think of any better way to describe this shot.
Another with the same idea as last night. Perhaps I wasn't clear enough with my previous note. These shots were taken after dark out of a car. The lights in the pictures are other cars and stuff. with this one I set colour temperature to 2800K on my camera to get the blue colours. I seem to remember that the green was from a BP filling station by the road ;p
PP was again quite limited. Just sliding the end bar of the black end of levels up to 10, and some USM.
Hope you like it,
Jako |

Hi Jako,
I find it hard to comment on images like these, even though I always like them. The intensity behind the colours and the way the black seems to push them... always looks great. I like how you used one word to be the focal point/reasoning behind the image. I can see notes... when tuning instruments, you can feel/see the notes, very strange to explain... nothing like the image though, they come like circles or waves.
This reminds me of those effects they put into media players, so that the colours move to the beat of the music playing. Well done Jako, I still need to try one of these with the SLR... I've saved up 1/10th of the money to buy my own so far! So excited.
Biance.
Hi Jako,

Kindly regards,

Hi Jako,
Wonderful work on writing with light. The effect is superb. I especially like the more subttle lights from the BP station and others.
One thing you need to explain. Why do you post all your photos as taken in Antartica?

Niek
