[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is one image, of a large series that i have taken for my exhibition at university to be going up this wednesday. My subject is SUICIDE, and i have four to each to show the stages in four different acts of suicide. This is image number three for the 'Pills and Alcohol'.

Heavy Samatha, but things that should be brought out in the open... I know far too many of our young people go in a bad way... I would suggest with the image that the back ground is a bit clearer, if you hadn't have said Alcohol here I would not have picked it up...

Hi Samantha,

When I saw the thumbnail in the gallery my eyes widened and I suddenly sat up straight, clicked on the image and wasn't disapointed with what I saw. I studied your image before reading you note. With the title of Alcohol buzzing in my brain, I figured it was to do with drink-driving or domestic violance, perhaps even loutish behaviour. Suicide didn't factor I'm affraid.

Suicide works with the note, but perhaps you should have had made reference to the pills somewhere in the image. I'm not sure how exactly. Perhaps branding the beer with a clever layer of text, "paracetohol" or something more appropriate.

Regardless of my subject critique, the image is incredible and like I said, got my attention from the moment the light hit my retinas.

Great job, an if it's for an exam, good luck, not that you need it with work like this...
