[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
It was a very busy day for yachts, ferries, and boats of practically every description on The Solent and with the strong wind needed to keep these flags flying straight out I imagine the yachtsmen had a great day. Photograph taken at Gunwharf Quay Shopping Outlet Village, part of the Portsmouth Dockyard redevelopment, and on the banks of The Solent. The building in the background is one of the former Royal Navy buildings. The flag in the foreground is the Union Flag which becomes the Union Jack when flown at sea.
