This was taken today on the beach at Portsmouth looking towards the Isle of Wight. The people were sailing even though the sky was really threatening.
Changed to Black and White and run through one stop photo fix, (PSP 8), about eight times until the result was like this. |

I like very much the retro effect that the B&W gave to this picture. It remember me the photos taken during 1940's. Very grainy and with a lot of contrast. Nice job!
It's like a very old photo ! Great pleasure for the eyes and the memory of old peoples... Well done !
The b/w conversion suites this photo very well. I enjoy it!
