[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is a picture of a boat in the Camber Docks at Portsmouth. There were some lovely colours and reflections on this shot so I decided to experiment.
I saturated the colours some more, used the coloured pencil tool in PSP8 and added a frame.
