Tried to get the contrast of the zig-zag of the beach breakers against the straight lines of the beach huts.

Hi Stef, welcome to TL.

I like your idea and the composition is good with the breaker leading you into the photo. Rew is right about the size though, a larger posting would give more impact to the image.

Very nice composition Stef! I like the leading lines and how the row of cabins disrupted it. Well seen! And welcome to TL!

Pierre

Hi

I like the idea of trying to get a zig zag of the beach breakers and I like how this guides you through the photo. The beach huts look good as well. Also you have composed your image well, but it would have been nice if it was slightly bigger.

Nice one

Drew

Welcome to TrekLens, Stef! An interesting and well-composed photo.
Your challenge is now to post a photo at the maximum possible size - 800 pixels length or height - so that it doesn't appear so small on the page. (This is one place where size DOES matter.)
Welcome again
Rew

Wonderful composition I would have loved to seen it larger, don't forget to sharpen it after resizing. 800 by 600 and get the max resolution 190-200kb if you can.

Hi Stef

Great composition, I love the lines leading you into the picture. Lovely colours and an excellent POV.

Hi Stef, what a great composition with this line leading to the beach huts. The other people have mentioned the size already, so I won't ;-)

Looking forward to seeing more of your pictures.
