Hi all,
This is a newspaper headline board I spotted on the way to Hereford recently. I just thought you might like to know what goes on in my little corner of the world.
Cheers, John.

Heee heee.
What I really like about this is that there is hardly a tree in sight.
Life is not dull eh? Especially for students.
Cheers
Mike

Hi John,

Its all go near you, I am suprised there are any students in rural Herefordshire! Maybe he was a tree surgeon trying to branch out (bom bom)

Cheers
Tom

LOL, John. The rest of the picture is less engaging, but of course the eye sees the headline board first. Headline boards don't exist in my corner of the world, so that in itself is a curiosity. Well placed in the frame with that leading line of vegetation. And it stands out, too, because it's such a fine bit of incongruity with the rest of the landscape. I hope the tree surrendered peacefully :)

Ha ha !
This reminds me of two things, both funny.
The page in the old Monty Python book that is set out like a small country newspaper with trivial headlines like this, and the 'local' shop in the League Of Gentlemens 'Welcome To Royston Vasey' (have you seen it? Hilarious!)
A great shot ... classic!
Cheers
Steve

What I want to know is how do you cope with all this excitement?
Cheers, Dad
