[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is the same Blackbird chick as was 'almost grown' in my post the other day. He is almost ready for the big wild world now as he has been in the garden for over a week. He will soon lose the colour on his front and his beak will yellow, he has his flight feathers already.

What a delightful capture of the young blackbird! Love details of the plummage and very nicely composed.
These young birds are one of the delights of late spring. I have had young collared doves, sparrows and dunnocks in my garden.

I like the effect of the depth of focus that created a sandwiching blurriness here. While on the focused part, the bird is nicely in detail - sharp and clear, with nice vividness. Cute bird, great shot.

Hello Leslie, a good shot of the baby blackbird.
I like its' pose.I love all the sharp details of the bird and the way that the bg/fg is slightly blurred so that we can focus on the little chick.
