A young male blackbird rests having just enjoyed a bath.
Blackbirds are getting rare in some areas of th UK, in our City we still have many, and try to encourage them into our gardens by providing plenty of water and keeping some areas covered with wood chip to keep the ground moist so the blackbirds can easily find insects just underneath.

lovely shot of this young blackie, good pov and colours, could be sharper, but still a good image. shows up well against the green bg.
