I drive through here every now and then ;-)
My honest opinion on this:
It's a bit under-exposed and could have had more sharpness.
Of great importance in shooting lowlight scenes is critical sharpness (ie if the photographer wants to achieve that).
I've found that this is best achieved using a tripod or other suitable support that ensures that the camera stays absolutely still during the exposure - as it usually means the shutter will tend to be open for longer during a lowlight situation.
However, I do understand that sometimes it depends on what (ie effects or otherwise) the photographer wanted to achieve.
And in your instance here you probably had to make do with what circumstances you found available.
Anyway nice effort though.
Your framing is very decent too!
