Hello Everyone,

Sunday morning has come much too quickly!
Why is it that time goes quickly when you are enjoying yourself and slowly when life is just plodding on?

This morning I am loading my autumn colours but as seen in the sky and not on the ground. The sky was cascading its autumn clouds rather than leaves!

When I was examining the shot, I realised that I really wanted to focus attention on the central colours, (which are exactly as seen), but did not want to crop the buildings and the fence as they were the context of the shot.

My ultimate idea was to enhance the centre so that the eyes went staight there! I will be interested to hear your opinions.

pp cropped, added border, introduced elipse, removed colour from edges, added eliptical border, resized

What a lovely light and composition Bev - I just love sky and clouds - so by all means....

Hello, Bev.

Now that's a very clever idea - adding the elipse and desaturating the bit outside of it. At first, I thought this had been taken through a window with an eliptical pattern on it. A very good idea which has worked out very well.
