Nice shot, I like the simplisity of the shot, the tree looks good against the sky, this could easily be Dartmoor.

Good light, composition would be stronger IMO if the horizon was lower in the frame, giving more 'sky' in the shot?

Very beautiful contrasts between the grass and the sky. This would be a great painting.
It looks a bit on the overexposed side though.
