Easter Sunday evening on my way home to Bootle along the Dock Road from Liverpool… The sun goes down over Canada Dock and I can’t resist another shot.

Just a crop, resize, unsharp mask and frame in PSP8.

Glad to see you are back on line after some inactivity (. Still I missed those images in April !!!!


As you know , I do appreciate the scenes from the various docks around the world. With all these giant cranes , beautiful ships, they are a source of very artistic images.

Superb POV and tight compostion to frame a spectacuilar sunset.

I do like it! It's a subtle work, the way you catch the light and colours, so natural and transparent, that yellow around the sun...great. The ships and cranes makes it an interesting image too and one sees so many details in them. Sunset and docklife enhance each other. Superb.
