Good Morning Everyone,

This morning's post certainly has a twist!
In fact, many twists!

This is a photograph of a peacock butterfly which has been turned into an abstract pattern.
I would love to see it in silk!

This is what I did:
I copied the butterfly, made a new canvas, filled the new canvas with colour, added lines, smudged the lines, pasted the butterfly 14 times, with a slight rotation each time, used liquify tool in the centre for a finishing swirl, added border, added fill layer for border, signed and re-sized.

I hope you like my invented peacock.
Please feel free to feedback on any aspect of the photograph. Bev :-)

A LATE ADDITION
For those people, like Scott, who have not seen a peacock butterfly, I have added the original shot into my w/s.

Hello Beverley! Amazing idea and very sophisticated composition. Sophisticated art work. Great effect. Well done!

Hi Bev,
Intriguing image! Your PP work sounds very interesting, well worth the effort. The colours look great, and the swirl almost makes me feel drunk! Haha. Good idea with the BG. I've never seen a peacock butterfly before. The frame compliments this creation nicely. Well done buddy.

TFS,
Scott.

Hi Beverley

For a moment I thought you'd been diving on the Barrier Reef & had discovered some colorful coral. Good pp work to achieve this effect. Tfs!
