Seeing this makes me wish I have a longer telephoto lens. The goldfinch is well captured. And yes I do see the detailed triangular beak with what appears to be an insect in between. A lovely composition. Best regards...

THis is exquisite. Awesome capture of this goldfinch. We have these in New Zealand, in fact I had 4 or 5 of them land in my garden last autumn and feast on marigold seeds in the deadheads. GReat close up photo. Well done! TFS.
