Hi Bev,
The rose looks certainly beautiful considering the weather it had to deal with. I have to say that I am not that crazy about your PP work. The edges around the rose look a bit strange. I think feathering your selection could help smoothen the edges of your selection. I wouldn't also mind to see a bit more sharpness in the rose. I do like the idea though, it makes for a totally different presentation.
