Hi Monika

I think it's a lovely portrait of this little girl. The expression, the way she is standing, and the toy she is holding all come together really nicely. I also like the slightly out-of-focus background (to make the girl stand out from the background). I like the monochrome treatment too.

A couple of comments that, in my opinion, would help to make a very good picture even better... (1) I would crop a little off the right hand side (to give the impression that the girl is looking into the picture rather than out of the picture); (2) A slightly wider aperture would have blurred the background even more (to make the girl stand out even better from the background) - I guess you could achieve a similar effect with post-processing.

Despite these comments, I still think it's a really lovely shot. I wish had some portraits as good as this!

w wielkim miescie zagubiona mala dziewcznyka... model uroczy, ale jak dla mnie zbyt centralnie, dalabym wiecej z lewej "bo sie idzie za jej wzrokiem"...
