| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note [French] |
Picture taken as I was passing through the tunnel under Waterloo station, Leake Street.
This place is perfectly in line with the atmosphere sought by the organisers of the Cans Festival (http://www.thecansfestival.com)and was inaugurated by Banksy himself (www.banksy.co.uk) as a place for free urban expression.
Short definition (on condition) of Banksy: a globally reknown "street art" artist, native of Bristol. As an agitator, he draws attention through his works on an event, a place, a thought, an aberration... Banksy remains discrete and mocks at tabloids which believe they unmasked him.
Banksy is free, anyone selling Banksy art only sees his/her profit.
Banksy is free, urban, human...
On a wall in Leake St., a baby wishes to be like Banksy. |
