Black and White is a bit of a mystery to me. I seem to love it or hate it, but never quite able to do it.
I cropped a little; played with the sky, adjusted the contrast and added USM.
My first attempt, I hope you like it. |

Love the picture. Great POV. You may want to alter the location though. At the time of writing you have place Norwich in Suffolk. That won't go well for the locals ;)

Experiment successful! Love the low angle and the clouds add a perfect backdrop for this shot. Also works quite well in black and white, congrats!

I love this composition giving us both sides of this huge building. The architecture has a lot of beautiful details and shadows, great for B& W or sepia. The dark sky and clouds give it a bit of mystery often required in suspense movies.
