this street is in the great city of York it is called the shambles it is one of the narrowist streets in England and is real tourist draw when it is busy somertimes you have to wait at either end till you can get walking down there are some lovely old shops and excellent resturants along it and is well worth a visit the picture is not on a slant as the buildings do lean across ty for looking

A taste of nostalgia Bryan. My wife and I lived in Selby approx 20 miles south of York.We enjoyed York as a city when we visited. Nice shot with the Minster just visible at the end of the Shambles. The sidewalks (pavement) in fg look a little grainy but nice to see the cobbles again.
Warm regards
David

Hello Brian
Great street capture with an excelent POV and a very pleasant and dinamic perspective. Great light and colours, and the man walking down giving a great movement to the photo.
Best regards, mb
