[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A photograph of the "Blinking Eye" Millenium Bridge across the river Tyne in the 'Open' position. The bridge has to tilt up to allow boats to travel up or down the river.

I took this photo from the viewing gallery in the Baltic Art Centre through a glass window so I'm quite please with the result.
