Greg,
Great photo. It is well put together and great timing on the wave. It is a bit grainy and the water is a little dark, however. Your border is thin and your nose is too big.

OK, just kidding. It is a great photo! I hope to see more soon!

Dark sky, angry sea. Nice exposure, good composition and you have captured the moment very well, I agree with chefcop....this is a decisive moments shot. Your photo conveys the wind very well here and I'll wager you had difficulty standing upright to take this. Congratulations.

Very nice photo. The sense of imminent action is very striking. I wonder if there is too much sky? May be a tighter crop would have helped.

Dramatic mood! I like when the waves of the sea are captured like that. I find that the workshop of Suntoucher returns the light which misses a little with your photo. But it is also very nice as it is. Bravo!Annie

Very well timed! The blurred wave creates movement and life to the image. A different crop might change the message a bit, as i think the sky has a lot of wasted area (or as we call it DEAD SPACE). But on the other hand, if you crop it the horizon will be exactly in the middle of the image. Tough one this, isn't it...

Wonderful image, Greg! Your timing was perfect with that huge wave crashing on the lighthouse. There is a little bit of noise in the sky, I'm not sure why. It may have to do with downsizing.
