Beautiful flower, Mike. Well captured, the colours are magnificent. Did you use selective blur and desat on the backdrop ? "Something" caused a white halo under the stem, which you should have corrected. I think this flower might look a lot better over a completely black background, my eyes keep drifting away from the flower to bits of the backdrop... which is a pity.
