New Season Kicks Off

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Hi everyone.
Saturday was the start of the Football season here in the U.K. My home team, Aston Villa played Liverpool. We lost 2-1. Not the greatest start to the season but with Martin O'Neil management skills I'm sure the season will improve for us.
You are not allowed to take cameras into football games. Stewards turn a blind eye to the use of compact cameras and mobile phones. We tried taking pictures with our phones, they just were not up to the job. We bought a Ricoh R5 compact camera, its main attractions was the 28/200mm zoom lens and it fits easily into my pocket. In this shot Pepe Reina, Liverpool's Goalkeeper dives to stop one of Villa's few attempts on goal :~(
P.P. Smart Sharpen 136% radius 2.6 pixels. Through Neat Image on default settings. Saturation +5%. Moved the ball a bit closer to the Goalkeeper using Select, Copy and paste.
