Two deck chairs catching the wind on Brighton Pier, looking to all intents as they will soon slip their moorings and set sail.
Adjustments: Cropped the shot tightly, upped the saturation a big step, blurred the background and added a discrete border. |

Interesting angle and colors. The wind blowing in the chairs makes them look like sails, and indeed you're on a boat (or near water). But your blur adjustments are too visible for me and it kills the "suspension of disbelief" as writers say.
