[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I was setting up for a closer shot of the moon over Brighton Pier, when I realised I still had the circular polarising filter on that I had used earlier in the day.
In a certain position, one light from the arcade shone straight down the lens and created this refraction rainbow - an optical accident. If I swayed left or right a few inches I lost it.

I have to thank Cloverstar, and Ropetko for their excellent advice on re-sizing and sharpening.

For P/P I cloned out some annoying small reflections in the water, added a border, cleaned it with Neatimage, and increased saturation by about 25%, then sharpened via the " Luko Method" .

I kinda like it...

Andy.
