St. Cyrus

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
Sunday exploration with my girlfriend. We found St. Cyrus beach in Kincardinshire on the East Coast of Scotland. Beautiful wide strip of golden sand with very few people on it. Way in the distance we spotted some sahdowy figures. As we approached we realised that they were fishing. The wind was strong and the rain was beginning to fall. We were taking the long route back to the care and had hit the point of no return.
The image is very slightly cropped and I burned the right-lower corner to give it a more dynamic feel. I feel that it is a sweeping image with lots of movement, which I also find is quite unusual for a landscape.

Hi, Lance.
A nice picture which is very much better in monochrome than it would have been in colour, I suspect. Some lovely tones there too. Well done.
Best Wishes,
John.
