[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Part of a series taken for a final year hair and beauty student. f2.5 used for shallow depth of field. focus on ai servo mode. I find the lens much easier to use on ai servo, with one shot mode shots were often out of focus with this lens especially with f1.2. using ai servo and af point selection really makes a big difference in the shots. Glamour Glow filter used with 60% opacity.

Hello Craig,

I like very much this one. Striking blue eyes well enhanced with this shallow DOF. The saturation is pleasant without being overdone.

Bravo

Hello Graig,
Beautiful blue eyes of a gorgeous model!
Lighting is adequate and sharpness is to the point!
Nice hair with a marvellous golden cast!
A delicate portrait well presented.
Well done.

Hi Craig,
She is the most natural of the three - this is far better than your last post, you have caught her eyes crystal clear in the image and they are gorgous. Lighting is good and the background colour and shirt make a nice contrast to the gold of the hay, you have the makings of a beautiful portrait.

Fantastic capture Craig
I loved the DOF here! excellent use of shallow DOF.
Excellent sharpness and details.
Though i find that the model is quite un-comfortable here but this is a good POV :)

Very nice!

Beautiful sharpness on her eyes. Good diffuse light. Excellent colours/saturation and nicely managed depth of field.

Not crazy about the half-cropped hand in the lower left corner ...!
