Salam bro
Its good to take pictures of people when they are not aware that they are being photograph reason is the very natural expression :)

Here u did a good job but must have watched few things, e.g

- His white shirt is badly Over Exposed, u might have metered the B.G

- Focus is not accurate, his eyes r little out of focus

- U might have tried to place him on thirds (check the grid lines)
