Family: Pinaceae.(Scots Pine)

Habitat: forms large natural woods, also often planted.

Distribution: throughout the region.

Introduction: Native to Britain

Usage: The young shoots are dried in the shade and can be infused in bathwater for relief from fatigue, nervous exhaustion and sleeplessness, also for slow-healing cuts, and as an inhalant for relief from catarrh, asthma, blocked-nose and similar complaints. An infusion or decoction can be taken internally for bronchial catarrh, rheumatics and arthritis.

i see we're back to a macro shot, well done, nicely focused, good indication spring is fast upon us. Intersting composition, just enough blurred background and sky to keep it alive and interesting....TFS my friend,,,james
