What a beautiful, atmospheric shot! I can feel emotion rising in me just looking at this! It is sad and lonely and moving all at the same time. If only it could speak!

This is very moving to me.
Lovely colours, a very dramatic sky, I love the composition, and it's not difficult for me to imagine this dwelling as it once was. I really love shots like this that catch pieces of history, and you have done it so beautfully.

Hi Douglas,
You were able to create a wonderful mood in this photo. It looks a little like HDR. Superb work on the details and composition. I do however feel that the sky on the right side is a bit odd. It looks like some heavy barrel distortion.
