I was going to title this picture Kiss Kiss as these two trees look like they are kissing but I looked again and thought that they seemed to be dancing through the fields. I have just been watching the opening programme of the popular UK TV series Strictly Come Dancing where celebrities are paired up with professional dancers to enter a ballroom dance competition. If trees were people perhaps these two could win...just a fanciful thought :)
ps Anyway, i just wanted an excuse to use the word fandango...isn't it a fabulous word?
pss taken at Hoddam in Dumfriesshire, one of Scotland's undiscovered treasures.

Hi Bev,
that's like from a fairy-tail - something magical will happen when you walk through the both trees - have you tried? What happened?
It's realy wonderful, thanks and greetings

Hiya Bev

Lovely image here, well seen and captured I also like the word fandango and its well suited. Another option here would have been to take a slightly closer view and use the trees as the top and side of the frame,

TFS regards Helen

Hi Bev, Last year we have seen some of that programm - of course we can receive the BBC here - for me I think "Queen" when I hear Fandago - let them dance away - a beautiful field to do so is at their disposal.
Nice light, beautiful landscape.

very calming effect here with a slight diagonal and the two trees returning the action
colours are muted and late autumnal evening hues give this a better mood than pola skies and red hard edged landscaping
cheers

Well seen, a fun photo!

A beautiful light Bev and very well captured. Your trees are positioned perfectly and the darker foreground works in well with the lighting in the distance. TFS,
David
