[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
My favourite walk is by the banks of the river Annan. This is the Hoddam strect and is my favourite place to be. Last evening I walked with my dog and camera here. here, if you are lucky you can see otters. But it is not so easy when you have a dog like mine charging ahead and tipping her toes in the water.The path mown through the grass is for the conveniance of anglers. The last of the sunshine peeped out from behind the clouds for me, but only momentarily.

What a lovely english bucolic scene-one that i dearly miss...
Great composition.
When i lived in Northern ireland I used to walk along the canals with my dog Maeve.

Hello Bev,

Some lovely soft restrained colours and an excellent composition.

What really strikes me about this image is the way those few sunlit heads of the grasses in the central FG, stand out against the shadowed path, and the way that the path leads us on towards the river.
