My grandson taken when he was 16 months. He likes his porridge although you couldn't tell that from the expression on his face. Too hot? too cold? too lumpy? not enough mashed up banana mixed in?
PP work: cloned out some distracting elements.Doh! I should have cropped the door on the left out.

i like the door
i find the shadow on the wall interesting
good exposure though do you think its a bit overexposed?

Hi Bev,

The laddie looks as if he can't get enough of the stuff. This is very nice child portrait and is good enough for an advert IMHO. Very good detail and the colours are great also like the shadows they are used to great effect. Well done.

Regards
Jon

Hi Bev,

I didn't even notice the door until I read your note. I was so interested in his sweet expression and the shadow on the wall.

Nice photo of every day life of a child.

P.S. I'd leave out the bananas and add butter and brown sugar :) Lisa

Hi Bev,

A little busy in the background, but the lighting here is handled so well. That's what stands out. Such a beautiful warm glow to his skin.

Well done.

There's a good lad! Fifteen stone easily once he fills up and out! Good candid shot. The colour is a bit off towards the red side - morning sun filters out the blue. Can you imagine what he'll be taking photos with when he grows up? TFS
