Hi
This is a picture of one of the signs along the national cycle route N73 on our way back to Kilmarnock from Springside.

It is not an old sign, however, they have used old iron and old fonts to try and keep in line with old traditions. I used this pov so that i captured the stone from the old viaduct in the background which I hoped would help with the ageing effect.

The disused railway line is a rich, semi-natural, linear habitat of overgrown hedgerow, scrub and rough grassland verges traversing some fairly interesting farmland.

PP - Sharpened and colours adjusted, converted to B&W and vignette added. Framed, added text and resized for tl.

Thanks for looking

Cheers
Linzi
