Whoa!! You've a new camera! Great!

Nice picture of a ladybird gobbling your flowers. Or do they do that? Not sure.

Just for interest - and I discovered this just a few days ago - ladybirds are so-called because in the Middle Ages they were referred to as "beetles of Our Lady". Mediaeval paintings of the Virgin Mary depicted her wearing a red cloak and the (often) seven black dots were thought to represent the seven joys and seven sorrows. Not a lot of people know that.

Anyway, a very nice macro shot with lovely colours and spot-on exposure. Enjoy your new camera!
