Reminds me of Beltane Week back in my home town of Peebles...been a few years since I was back for that, so thanks for the memories!

Sharp photo, good colours and the pipers seem to be mainly in step...good shot and thanks!

Hi, Lisa,

This is lovely and crisp and all the better as I suspect the picture must have been taken in a bit of a hurry to avoid being mown down by the pipe band and the following fire engine.

If it reminds Richard of Beltane Week in Peebles it reminds me of Lanimers Week in Lanark in early June: perhaps I should attack Lanimers with my camera this year!

Best Wishes,

John.

..a to see the faces of the suonatori in first row it must be just laborious to play the cornamuse! Beautiful composition, perhaps a little too much clearly sky.

Hi Lisa

Obviously, I like this too - I can almost hear the bagpipes!! :-)

Nice, sharp photo though and I especially like the mixture of age groups within the band. Long may it continue through the generations as it's really special what these people do and it brings so much joy to so many people.

You've captured the moment really well! TFS

All the best

Sandy
