Happy Easter everybody, 5 minutes before I took this shot the whole pier was covered with people. Just two remaining in the far distance now.

Hi, Peter,

A lovely photograph of St. Andrews pier but there's nothing there! A boat or a bird or a person or two might have added a little interest. Still, a lovely clear shot.

Where did all the people go? Was there a tsunami or, when you go on a photo shoot, do you arm yourself with camera, lenses, a tripod and a Kalashnikov? Just joking!

Best Wishes,

John.

Hi Peter, nice to see your work here again. Magnificent view - how did you get rid of almost all the tourists ? ;-)

We don't have beautiful piers like these here in Belgium, great with those stones.

Hello Peter,
you used an excellent POV to get excellent depth into the photo. The pier works as a wonderful lead in line for the eyes. I also like those wonderful textures.

great lead in lines created by the pier. I like the fact there is nothing else in the shot,
