This swan was on a mission and ran right across the lake - I did actually start running at one point as I didn't think he was going to stop - it did not stop the moorhen in the background though who just sat there, being 'run over' throughout the whole spectacle!!

I have desaturated the cyan, yellow and green from everything apart from the beaks.

This is absolutely lovely Ruth. Nice composition. There movement. The number of birds in the photo is likewise interesting. As to sharpness, it is very good. Regarding colors, I find it very good. Congratulations! TFS.

Amazing capture during acation. I like this shot for the composition. I know it is very difficult to capture things like this. I like the way the water is spilled all over. TFS.

Good action shot. Composition is strong (seagull and moorhen give added interest) and your use of colour, or the lack of it, works really well.

What a great seeing wish I was there
Perfect shot
But sorry to say with some editing we can improve it IMHO
The other birds taking away the attention from the swan (remove)
Make a vignette and more contrast give the swan full attention
