[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A beast by any other name...we came across much of natures creations while in the Highlands of Scotland last week, this bull came over to say a few words of wisdom......."my field, my grass, my herd"..........we understood right to the point and decided that retreat was a safe option so as not to loose too much face. Up close, he was a formidable creature.

Wow, what a beast ! We have a lot of these Highlan cows in France, but I never saw one with such big horns ! Really a big impressive bull ! Excellent colors, light and composition. Well done !

Yes nice photo. To improve on subject try a more central study up close with less DOF so to blur the background. I did a full on face of one these and it was impressive you should aim to have the horns filling the shot, but you did good if you hav'nt a tele lens to get this close.

Cool shot... love the way you can't even see his eyes... very cool. I love the look of these animals... very sharp and clear, and for sure looks menacing, best not to try to be brave when face to face with one of these....

This guy looks angry...and I feel he is looking at the camera too...;) anyways majestic!
For the shot, very impressive no doubt, the color-tone goes best with the fur of the beast and the focus and sharpness is just perfect!
