Hi Yuri,
I like light houses and this is a beauty and located in a perfect setting. Your POV is good with the tower sticking out above the horizon. Personally I would have positioned the light house tower on the 1/3 line and croped of a bit more sky.

This "waterscape" is great, very peaceful place, good DOF colours, POV and after all, the composition is very good,

This is a great subject for a photograph Yuri, I love the simplicity of the composition and the limited colors. I think a little more foreground on the right is needed as a foundation for this strong subject element. I also would have cropped or cloned out the overexposed cloud. It takes too much attention away from the building...being whiter and brighter than it is.
